A few questions to ask yourself when writing this bit of your personal statement:

What did the accouting work experience teach you about accounting? - link this to your economics degree accounting module.

What skills did you take from both experiences?

You can also mention how teaching other students maths made you sharpen your own mathematical skills.

Thanks for the reponse
I have checked and all of the unis i am applying for have an accounting module apart from sussex which has a accounting elective but only a finance module

can I still mention it?
