I've just been accepted through my insurance choice to De Monfort and have been sent an email for the 16/17 accommodation only to find that they are all full -.- . I don't fancy forking out just under £5500 for a studio as I will have no money left over.

Is anyone else in a similar predicament? Do you know of any alternative sources of accommodation? I've heard Mansion Court is nice, but I want to be able to socialise with other freshmen etc.

Not sure if you're female or not ahah. But I'm looking for someone to takeover my tenancy as I want to move out by Saturday. Its a shared flat with 4 other females at just £99 per week. They are clean and lovely ladies, and would preferably prefer another female flat mate. If you're female and want more details I can email you. Did i mention it is only a 3min walk from the Hugh Aston Building/De Mont fort campus : )

It is not ensuite, but we have a large bathroom with shower and bath. Some of the other housemates have ensuites so we dont all use the same bathroom. There are 5 of us currently living there, I'll link you to my ad so you can see some pictures and more information! :smile:

I'm looking for somebody to take over my tenancy if anyone's interested! the house is four bedroom (currently 2 other male students) with a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. rent is £77.50 a week not inc bills & deposit is £310. It's also pretty much on campus. Would also consider swapping accommodation and pay the difference (looking to upgrade)
