Well, there's actually a market for it, which helps. But not everyone can do casual sex, never mind casual sex for cash.
So your looking for a sugar daddy? I think there's an app for that

As somone who is has a lot of knowledge and experierience with this industry, ill be the first to tell you that there is really no such thing as a non-sexual escort. What man- no matter how rich he is, is willing to pay hundreds to talk to someone. Sex is an expectation. it pretty much always is where these things are concerned.
I don't know who's more pathetic.
The people selling hugs or the people who buy the hugs.

Spoiler

Hi. Is it legit? I've spoken to an agency called blue chip entertaining a non sexual agency and they have asked for £200 for marketing and advertising. Their site looks the part but I'm still unsure.

See above: any and every 'agency' that wants money up front before you have cash in your hand from a client is a scam, no matter what excuse they give. It's that simple.

Real agencies make their money from finding you work. Scams know there is no work, so get their money from the people who sign up.
google sugar daddy and baby

it's ****ed up, but there are rich men that pay women simply for their time, not sex.

And what do you base this on? The 'it's not prostitution, really, honest, truly, because we'd be in trouble in the US if it was' on the sites making money out of 'sugar' relationships?

You're a rich man. You have the choice of paying some young woman, oh, £100 for their company or £100 for their company and the ability to have sex with them. Even if you don't want to actually do it, you're going to do the latter.

Sorry, but I don't understand your point, could you rephrase?

I am basing it on research that has been done on this topic and interviews with people involved - while there are probably those that do engage in sexual activities, there are many, many who do not. But the rest I am not quite sure what you mean.
Because of US laws against prostitution, sites like SA - and you'll know what that stands for if you have done any research - have to pretend that what they're facilitating isn't prostitution.

But it is: the overwhelming majority of sugar relationships involve sex that would not have happened without the money element. Even if it suits at least one of the participants to pretend otherwise.
Right now I am judging your life. You're so desperate. Have you no morals?

Whose life? Are you going to do something to help end their desperation or just sit on your morals?

have you had any work since then?
Oh look, someone has joined TSR just to post something nice about a bunch of scammers. Could it possibly be 'shilling', I wonder? Of course it is.

Very much a risk, as far as I'm concerned. I wouldn't put yourself in that position.
How do you find the people you escort for?
join a sugarbaby website and say you're looking for something non-sexual

thats what a lot of sugarbabies tend to do
... and the replies will be from men who want to have sex with you.

They may not be quite as upfront about it as they should be, but there really is not a crowd of men on 'sugar' sites wanting to give money to random people without getting some penis action in return.
