Do you use the stretch/bounce when you go for PBs on Bench/OHP and the like? Or do you go at a slowish pace?

Posted from TSR Mobile

I try and make it an absolute stop. Not a long pause like I have in the past but I don't bounce.
Also rest day tomorrow, I feel I've justtified it with all the deadlifting this week. May not have another session until Monday as I'm probs unable to get to gym this weekend or Friday

[QUOTE=Angry cucumber;67814768]10kg. Fed, watered, clothed, shoes on, stuff in pockets etc I'm 90kg

*fed, watered, clothed, shoes on, stuff in pockets, accidentally bulked up 3/4kg but 'i'm getting stronger' and i'm in denial etc, i'm 90kg
In all seriousness, how do you add weight to pull ups?
Do you have a Dumbbell between your legs while doing it? Or what?
