Want to lose my virginity to boss

I am currently 18, male, a virgin and I want to lose my virginity to my boss who is 30 and female.

I don't really know how this started I've known her since the start of the year where she took over from my old boss and didn't think that much of her at first. I liked her but in a workplace sense and didn't share any feelings with her. Over the past few months she's done a lot for me not just in the workplace but in my personal life as well and I've started developing feelings for her.

I've got offered a new job now meaning she will no longer be my boss and since then I've started feeling a lot closer to her. She's told me she's going to miss me and giving me advice on my new job. She text me a few nights ago saying she'll miss me and has offered me out to the pub as a goodbye (UK so legal at 18.) she has also said I have to visit her when I can. Last night as well I bought her flowers as a thank you for everything she's done and she hugged me for getting her the flowers and I just felt so close to her in that moment and am devastated at the thought of leaving her. I wish I didn't fancy her as what we have is quite special and I don't want to ruin that. As I said I am a virgin and I've not even had my first kiss and i think that's the reason I've developed a crush for her. I really appreciate what we have and would hate to ruin that but I worry since she will no longer be my boss I might try and act on it which I'm not sure about since for a start she's 10 years older than me. Any advice? Thanks

That sounds like a porno but seriously, it's probably not a good idea. She was being friendly to you in a professional manner. Once you go, you should move on and find girls who would be interested in you romantically.

She is friendly outside of work though and has helped me through out my personal life and I would say we get on really well so it's just hard to know what to do and how to act upon my feelings or even if I should.

I will be honest with you here, this sounds like she is just generally interested in your wellbeing and progression in the workplace and in life. It seems like she has taken you under her wing and sort of mentored you, and I think because she has invested this time in you she would like to get to know you more as a friend professionally outside of work.

Just because she hugged you and invited you to the pub doesnt mean she wants to sleep with you...
I agree with what's already been written - you're reading far too much into this!

It's just really hard for me like I said I'm a virgin and she's given me a lot of attention and I guess that's why my crush has developed. I don't know if she shares the same feelings as me though she does often joke about loving me and has complimented my eyes about 3 times now. I mean like you said I'm probably overthinking it.
PORNHUB where u at
go get yer hole son

Sounds like what every other decent person would do?

I'd avoid the situation, I'm afraid. Its unprofessional and could have major consequences.

You are reading too much into this, compliments are given between friends as well . She probably sees you as another work colleague and due to the age gap , doesn't feel threatened and therefore is acting quite comfortably around you.
I think you should confess your feelings to her, and work from the reaction. No matter what you do, your relationship with her will change over the coming months, so why not put it all on the lines? Change is inevitable, but that doesn't mean you can't try and make it a change you like. If she says no, respect her in her decision and move on.
