I was in a very controlling relationship and even after we ended things, he would constantly contact me and pressure me to stay. He last mad contact about a year ago. Anyway, I always speak to my current partner (we have been together for 6 years) when I have these dreams and he always listens and comforts me - so the guilt goes out the window 😅
Yep - and interestingly he is always in my way in them

A few, and usually I wake up having a panic attack.

I don't usually dream, so it's few-and-far between.
Hard to do that without an ex.

I had a dream about throwing up so hard my internal organs came out, and I've got to say that's not the sort of subject I tend to think about...
