Year 12s: what will be the first way you research your future options? >>

You know you are doing essay subjects when...

1. You think "did I explain my points in enough detail? Screw it I will just hand it in and hope for the best"

2.You become an expert at making tables (essay plans)

3.notes are full of bullet points and mindmaps and tables

4. Worry that your hands will no longer be beautiful due to all the writing.

5.Always using quotation marks.

6. Start thinking about both sides with real life stuff

Yes!!!! I have this massive lump on my finger from my pen which rubs on it, it disappeared over summer but it came back in September once I started college :colondollar:

I got marked down in a test once cause I switched to ball boint mid-essay :rofl:

Had no more cartridges left lol
Also dropping your fancy fountain pen on the floor, no cap on, for the first time ...ugh

I mostly write on my laptop too now and sometimes I do miss the good old fountain pen days lol
Me too. Got a really nice one when I was 7 and it lasted me a year :rofl:

Like I once sat a German test and I had like four pages
And I started writing like I normally do (my handwriting is quite big) and when I got to the last page I was like **** **** ****

Though what I find helps is to make a small plan at the top of the page on topics you want to mention so then you don't get lost with ideas in the middle of the exam. (I hate it when that happens :rofl:
