Is 6 stone 5 healthy?

Depends on your height. If you are a female taller than 4 feet 10, you're officially underweight. If you were as much as 5'10" you'd be dangerously underweight. You should aim for a Body Mass Index of not less than 18.5. You can calculate your BMI here, where it will also tell you the exact healthy weight range for your height and age.

It depends on your height. If you are tall, it is not healthy in the slightest, but if you are smaller then it may be considered healthy. It is considered underweight for any height above 4 feet 10 inches, but once more, it really does depend on height. Hope this helps!

perhaps you should go and see your Gp, your weight is likely to be very dangerous to your health.
