Best British TV show?

In your opinion, what's the best TV show made in Britain? I like Sherlock, but I also think Fawlty Towers was hilarious...

I'd suggest The Game but that was discontinued. Although I do have other favourites. Broadchurch, The Night Manager, Sherlock, Doctor Who and some others.

As others have said, the first few (new) seasons of Dr Who were absolutely fantastic. From Matt Smith they started going downhill though!
