Not all uni choices at once
Is it correct that I can apply to some unis now and some later?
If so, would it be possible to apply for Durham after I've done their maths test (TMUA) and after I get the results on the 30th Nov. Will applying after this hinder my application? I am aware that Durham don't tend to give out many offers until January anyway?

You can indeed. Note that everything else in your application (PS, reference, qualifications etc etc) has to be complete when you submit it initially.
An application up until January 15th will be fine.
