Tonight was maybe a little bit disappointing.

Squats:

170 x 3
150 x 5/5/5

Very difficult. Having trouble getting the correct amount of forward lean and staying tight. First time I've done sets across on the squat for a few weeks, which added to the difficulty. Lots of a lot of strength, sadly.

Stretching then home.

Out of curiosity, what's your programming like? I occasionally check a few logs such as yours AC's and Gone Revisings and I can see some structure there but can't really figure it out. I'll tag them too because I'm also curious about theirs.

I don't really have any structure at the moment, and haven't had for about half a year or so. I just do basic lifts and try to increase the weight each time.
Okay session tonight. A lighter one.

Squats:

120 x 5/5

Light squats, hopefully doing them correctly as to not irritate knee.

Press:

60 x 5/5/8

Not too bad.

Barbell rows:

90 x 5/5/8

Again, not too bad.

Then home.
Decent enough session tonight.

Deadlifts:

170 x 5/5

Not too bad really.

Barbell rows:

95 x 6/6/6

Same as above, not too bad really.

Reverse hypers:

2 x 10

Gym has got a reverse hyper now, so I decided to give it a bash. Kinda hurts your stomach/pubic bone, but maybe that's because I'm not used to it.

Then home.
Mixed one tonight: some good and some bad.

Squats:

150 x 6/2

This was the bad. I know my squat has went down recently, but I'm blaming this on the deadlifts and back work I did on Wednesday. /excuses

Bench press

95 x 5/5/5

Decent enough.

Incline dumbbell bench press:

30s x 10/10

Again decent enough.

Then home.
Decent enough session tonight. Didn't do much, but took a while anyway.

Paused squats:

130 x 5/5/6

Quite hard. Trying to get the movement right.

Press:

65 x 5/5/7

Okay.

Quite a lot of stretching, then home.
Decent enough session tonight.

Deadlifts:

175 x 5/5

Not too bad, really.

Barbell rows:

95 x 8/6/6

A bit harder.

Chins:

bodyweight x 3/3

Quite hard. Was aiming to do reverse hypers but for some reason couldn't get into a comfortable enough position to do them.

Then home.
Decent session tonight, kinda.

Squats:

150 x 5/5/5

Not too bad, although these have gown down a bit recently. Regular squatting should hopefully take it back up again.

Bench press:

97.5 x 4/3/3

A bit disappointing. Not been consistent with the benching though.

Deadlifts:

180 x 5

A bit difficult.

Then home.
Just a light one tonight.

Squats:

120 x 5/5

Just light. To be honest, knee still not feeling great.

Press:

67.5 x 5/5/5

Not too bad. Quite unstable, though, throughout the movement.

Chins:

bodyweight x 5/5

Couldn't manage a third set. Perhaps my grip had just given out.

Then home.
Average session tonight.

Squats:

152.5 x 5/5/5

Not too bad.

Front squats:

up to 90 x 3

Knee and wrists not liking these at all. Guess that was my yearly foray into front squats, then.

Then home.
Bad one tonight.

Bench press:

97.5 x 4/3/3/2

Was hoping for fives...

Deadlifts:

185 x 0

Just wasn't leaving the floor. 160 warm up felt fine, but alas...

Then home.
Good session tonight.

Squats:

155 x 5/5/5

Probably wasn't that slow, but felt quite hard, especially cardiovascularly.

Press:

70 x 5/5/5

Same as last time.

Barbell rows:

95 x 6/6/6

Decent enough.

Then home.
Overall good, but some bad, session tonight.

Squats:

157.5 x 5/5/5

Same as last time.

Bench press:

95 x 5/5/5 - paused

Dropped the weight to get all reps.

Deadlifts:

185 x 0

Just wasn't going up. Same as last time. Perhaps it's the squats beforehand that are causing the issue (although this didn't used to be an issue).
Decent enough session tonight.

Deadlifts:

185 x 5/5
150 x 8

Second set was hardest; felt the belt was making me feel a bit sick.

Barbell rows:

95 x 6/6/6/6

Then home.
Quick one this afternoon.

Press:

72 x 5/5/4
50 x 8/8

Went better than I thought it was going to go, although disappointed about missing the last rep of 72.

Chins:

bodyweight x 4/4/0

Almost sure it's a grip issue...

Some quick lacrosse ball work, then home.
Tonight was shite.

Squats:

160 x 5/3

Just didn't feel right at all. Forgotten how to squat properly. Knee will probably hurt tomorrow.

Bench press:

96 x 3

Just wasn't feeling it.

CGBP:

80 x 5/5

Just to get something done.

Then home.
