Entry requirements

Hey, I have been reading on the LSE Website and it says that to study economics there, you need to get at least a 6,6,7 for your HL subjects in IB, and the 7 must be for HL math. I was wondering if anyone who is studying econ in LSE knows if this is really strict and it must be like this? Or if there's other ways to get in? I am just noticing & in HL math must be very difficult, and I don't think I can get it. Thanks!

From what I know LSE is very strict with the grades. Since there are thousands of applicants, most of them with higher grades than what is required, they can pick and choose.
