Does this count as rape?

if a guy is on a girl, she clearly says she doesnt want sex but he sticks it in anyway and doesnt stop even though she says no, but she accepts what hes doing after while meaning she stops fighting him and lets him and ends up enjoying the pleasure coming from it?

Yes thats rape, a lack of opposition is not consent, and it doesn't matter how either party felt after the sex.

Retrospective consent doesnt make it a non rape. . It doesnt stop it being rape. It does stop it being reported.

It was initially rape and turned into consensual sex. She could still claim rape.

If one of the people involved says no or does not consent at any point (in advance, just before, during etc) and the other person ignores that lack of consent and forces a sexual action (oral sex, vaginal sex, anal sex, foreplay) upon them anyway it is rape.
Yes, that is rape. If someone has sex with someone without their consent, that is rape.

I found myself in much the same scenario several years ago: I stopped, of course, because I'm not a rapist. Assuming you're not confident of your ability to overcome those same urges, perhaps you should consider avoiding women altogether; although frankly, if you're the already the sort of person who would actually pose such a question—even hypothetically—then I suspect they'll save you the trouble.
