Yes, the invigilator will escort you, to ensure that you don't run off to read notes. Of course, go before if you can :h: (otherwise it will be a large distraction, especially if it's a long exam)

Of course not. I had to step out of a mock last year because I felt light headed and needed the toilet. They just wait outside the bathroom for you then take you back to the exam hall.
You can go to the toilet in the exam, but just know that people will be looking at you when you come back in because your shoes will be click-clocking.

You will get that time back they write down what time you leave and when you come back so if you need more time at the end you can have some also other people that are asking no they don’t come in the toilet with you they wait outside otherwise they would be arrested 🤷🏻*♀️
