This feeling fades, try to keep yourself occupied  I know it sucks but it's just a matter of waiting on it.

How old are you?.
Because if you are 16 abd crying about this, it's pretty ridiculous.

And why did you break up?.

I'm 25. Been in TSR for years now.

We were not sexually compatible. Everything else was perfect.

It will take time. Block her number and delete her from all social media.

What do you mean you were not sexually compatible?

Did she expect more...?

Or...? What?

I don't really want to go more into the exact reason. But it caused a strain on our relationship and led to times where she was in the mood and I wasn't and vice versa. The relationship started to become platonic so we mutually decided to end it. It wasn't an easy decision by all means.
I don't believe we get over things but through them.

Time my friend.I thought i would be okay after 3 months but i'm not and that's okay.

Focus on the reasons you broke up.
Write a goodbye letter but don't send it, if you feel you have unsaid things.
But think about everything good that came out from this

The NO CONTACT rule- will untangle you from her, and give you space whilst your hurting to sort out your head.

Cry.
Journal.
Talk to friends.
Break up songs on youtube
Exercise
Eat
and repeat

You will heal.

Ahh okay that's quite a tough break-up then really.

I definitely would avoid making too much contact in the short term - just tell her you don't want to make breaking up easier.
I would say keep being social with your friends and in time you will get over it. It may take some time to but it won't be good for you in the long run to mope about

How do I get over the feeling of heart break? :frown:

Did she dump u?

Heartbreaks are the worst. I think it will be good for you to divert your mind from all this, Take up some other activity that you like, may be like sports, or some music. Keep yourself occupied with things, and don't think too much about the past.
