Well, he's constantly being a knob-end towards me, so forgive me if I'm assuming it's him but as soon as I saw the post I just assumed "Ahh, here he is, right on schedule"
I don't see why you have to go anon though. If you want to question me that's absolutely fine, I'll answer your questions. Just strikes me as odd that you couldn't just question if you wanted to question rather than hide behind anon and hurl playground insults, but whatever...
Not sure if you noticed, but that thread was me asking a question that I've had varying answers to IRL too. Not making a statement, asking an actual question and even attaching a poll to see if I could get a clear-cut opinion.
You're right, I know very well not to take people at face value on the internet, hell in the time I've been here I've seen a catfish get close to people I talk to and have always talked to on here who got found out so I know very well that there are people who come on and pretend to be someone they're not. Thing is, I'm open and honest about many things on here. I talk about my mental and physical health and **** like that and people who talk to me regularly know very well I'm not on here to play Mr Perfect. I just say **** as I see **** and I'm also here to have a laugh and a joke.
Again, the fact is, I never used to talk about any of this kind of stuff really. It wasn't until a number of people started noticing I give a lot of seemingly good advice on the topic that I was even getting tagged into threads. Then people started asking questions about my experience so I started asking. It's become somewhat common knowledge amongst those that I talk to on here now that I used to go out on the pull a lot when I was younger, it's hardly uncommon for a young lad. Not as if I was spending any of my time on TSR in those days, I'm 26 and been here 3-4 years FFS
Even though the assumption that someone using a forum = virgin is one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard tbh
And again, it's no different to people noticing I give good advice on lifting and have clearly been doing it a while so they ask their advice on that. Granted, with the whole sex thing, as you say I could be making it all up, but someone who's never done it but can still give advice to someone with any sort of question that someone asks on the subject... doesn't happen, does it
