You're not ugly, that's for certain, though I'm not a girl so I can't judge how attractive you are on a scale. Besides, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

You've got nice eyes, and your hair/beard is tidy. Just as a suggestion, maybe you could try trimming the beard more (go for a stubble look) and work with your hair? Nothing wrong with what you have, but besides you haven't found the best look for you.

I do trim my beard, it was needing it in the images there but have done that now. I prefer it short tbh.
And ill leave my hair as it is then.
