Would teachers still be aloud to do this?

Back in Year 1 10 years ago I had this female teacher who would on birthdays offer slaps or claps.

How it works: You select slaps or claps and the teacher either gives 3 big claps or 3 large slaps on your butt while laid across her legs.

Would this still be allowed for female and male teachers to do???

Strange, Everyone in the class seemed fine about it back then.

I still remember the teachers last name and where she was from and which school.

Is that enough info to still make a complaint?

idk it's creepy but it's weird that no one ever complained. Surely one of the kids must of mentioned something about it to their parents?

I did but my parents were cool with it. Never thought much of it since back then.
