Hey I'm in a similar situation, what location did they give you within London and was the 5th December the earliest possible start date? Also, can I get the email/phone number please.

Finally my pre employments are not complete yet (DBS not sent despite fillied in etc) PLEASE provide the number you called.... as an email I sent yesterday was replied with some generic stuff not likely to comfort anyone.

I am available to start but this waiting is making any planning impossible.

Oh and I take it you took up boxing to handle the stress from this campaign, LOL...

I've emailed the general email addresses we have been given but has anyone tried to contact the individual addresses sent on the email regarding where to take documents to? Wondering whether they would know anything 🙄

Has anyone else still not heard anything after the provisional offer? Haven't had to go in to give documents in or had to do dbs. This is for Liverpool.

Getting very frustrated! Emailed them several times with no sort of helpful replies

Yeah ive just seen that, little concerning.
I've sent an email to two addresses but no replies as yet. Im going to email the personal email address which sent over the info of where to take the documents, they probably can't shed any light on the situation but I suppose its worth a try.

But for now, i'm giving in and looking for another job. I can't keep living like this for the next month, 2 months, half a year whatever its going to be.

Offered O role after TSP in Liverpool mid-August, have completed everything, got DBS back, just waiting for telephone appointment with OH Assist (occupational health) next week, then hopefully will get formal offer.

I just rang the e&c recruitment helpline on 0300 123 1896. The lady I spoke to said she was unable to help but gave the following email address: e&[email protected].

Absolutely fed up like everyone else in the same boat with the lack of communication. I requested them to confirm whether there is an actual offer of job. So that I can just put this shambolic situation to the back of my mind and get on with my life :smile:

Im in a similar situation to you. I had the offer mid August and sent all the details away in the 11th of September with no other contact since. I am also waiting for Liverpool. Kind of good to know im not the only one but still frustrating

Quick update guys, my account has changed to formal offer without an email and have just accepted it.

This was for the O band role in London, there's no indication on start date and location as of yet.

Check your status guys! Did anyone choose alternative working pattern?
