Maybe a few years back but not anymore, You can get in with a Btec qualification or an apprenticeship now

Well I got in with 3 A levels, no BTEC, no EPQ, in 2 years, no retakes.

Which is a big thing since I had to compete with stupid people who get in with BTECS. There are people doing engineering while failing maths and physics. But fair point uni is easy to get in, if you take the easy and stupid route

If its easy and you get in, why the hell not and not everyone is clever but atleast they're trying whether its up to your standards or not

Lol if you're not clever enough to pass A level subjects, how does one expect to a degree level course in that subject?

An education is an education... no matter where it's from... I am sure people who take BTEC work extremely hard to get an education as well...
