I would highly discourage it. I wanted a flatter stomach when my BMI was 15 last year...
It's a dangerous road to go down.

Depends how your fat distribution is

but 50kg at 5,5 is not underweight.

It gives her a BMI of 18.4 and the boundary berween normal and underweight is 18.5. She is right on the boundary. There isnt any reason she should lose more weight.

Maybe shes going for a certain look that requires her to lose more weight, its down to her preference.

It's not about losing wight , to look like that you have to tone yourself up. Eat lots of protein, cut down on carbs.

You still need a high cal intake, just watch the things you eat.
