It's true though...like you could wait and wait for that one perfect fap, but it's possible you could die next week and you will never again feel that kind of pleasure EVER again. XD
The thing is, once you go without it for awhile, you just kind of don't think about it anymore. It does make it easier to chat to girls and do social things.
That sounds pretty typical for most guys in general.

No. In fact I'm going to get worse and worse until you go insane and then say even more.
its tough no fap been trying for 1.5 year and have gone various streaks 90, 44, and various months free. I'm on day 29 now and turn 22 next week. I can't be PMO at 22. I go to gym ,read loads of books, socialise more etc but the urge is strong. day 13-18 are the hardest then it gets better then day 28-33. then plain sailing for a while. once get past 44 its easy you just don't think about it but messed up on day 90 - i relpased cos challenge completed idk why but i got stressed and did it :/

masturbating is fine but porn is not - porn just ****s you up in many ways. once you get down to it tho the whole concept of porn and masturbating is not fun any more because start to associate it with failure which is what we want

NoFap rocks. I'm well past a year now, also orgasm-free during sex with my girlfriend (who's now my fiancee).

What people who have orgasms don't realise is that when all the hormones released from cumming wear off, it makes you depressed, apathetic, lacking in energy and mentally slow. It's this that makes you want your next orgasm. This creates a vicious circle of addiction. If you break it by committing to being orgasm-free, you feel so much better.
It's easy if you have things to do and are not bored at home. if you go out with friends, chill in town or something like that rather than staying at home. You'll have the urge to have a nice lil toss if you're bored af. That's just me speaking from my own experiences. The longest i've lasted is 1 month. It seemed extremely impossible for the first few days but afterwards I got used to it.

I'll avoid the topic of porn/masturbation because there's so many different things being said about them both it's difficult to pinpoint the facts.

That said, sex with orgasm is a perfectly natural and healthy thing to do. If it weren't, we wouldn't be alive today. It's your choice what you choose to do, but I wouldn't encourage anyone to go sex-orgasm free if their situation allowed them to experience that.

Porn/masturbation/sex addiction is an issue, however, and more research and support should be done for them.
