Anyone know anything about the CSR 1667/16 programme, my checks have completed and now i am waiting on the formal offer that everyone seems to have been getting ,

Any one else with me on the CSR 1667/16 Band O London programme ? Have you heard anything back since having checks completed ?

I'm from the same campaign and have heard nothing since they emailed me asking for a missing document. That was a week ago today. My status still says "provisional offer, we're conducting some checks bla bla bla".

I am sure I speak for many, and likely most, when I say that without the constant drip of information from people all over the place on TSR....I would have gone beserk and thrown in the towel for this whole thing....

To all those who have recieved formal offers etc.... congratulations and well done for the patience.

To those who like me are waiting (for ID to be resubmitted after a contact is made) hang in there and lets keep this vital source updated, even the slightest insight gives hope or more likely minimises confusion!

For anyone stuck on provisional offer with no DBS update, but it's worth emailing the bsstream address asking if you have any documents missing.
I've been in contact with them and they told me Manchester haven't sent over all my documents and they've been requesting them since 26/09. Now I just need to find a way to contact Manchester offices.
This could be the case for a lot of you! Hope this helps!

I have just received a second email from BSS requesting the "missing information". I received the first email last week and emailed them the missing info, received an automatic email receipt and all.
Now they say: "please check our email from last week as you have not yet provided the requested information"
This is honestly becoming a joke!

We're the documents they have asked for ones that you have handed in. I sent over the outstanding last week, a document that I hand handed in and was checked. I asked for confirmation they have been received and not had any reply so far.

Yes, they requested the same document again!
Did you get the automatic email receipt? I also asked for someone to confirm it for peace of mind. Let's see

I didn't get an auto receipt on Friday when I resent the document. I did today when I checked to see if they had received the document on Friday. I might resend it over to be sure

BSS said they couldn't directly ask me for the missing documents and it has to come from the vacancy holder!

And I suppose the email address they gave you for that is the infamous e&crecrtuiment...hmrc one....which sends the default response.
I honestly am lost for any sense of direction.

A guy got in contact with me today from recruitment support at hmrc regarding the missing documents saga. He basically said he doesn't know why they're saying I have documents missing because it's showing on the system that my document checks are complete. But anyway, his team are getting in touch with the different cities this week to chase up missing documents and why provisional offer holders haven't been given start dates yet. He said worst come to worse, I'll have to go back in the office with my documents. I can send you his number if it helps?
