I ran out of time so I couldn't do Q4 and people are saying it's easy for **** sake
Also what was Q3 about then?
For section B i got 10 combinations. 72 and 54 or smthn like that for c values? That right?

did people get 1 and 2 to be
1) l^105
2) sqrt(2) - 1

Pretty sure I got that

I don't think the radius was required for the area as it was just the first 2 circles involved

Ah right that'll explain it. I got 4 + root 7 for the radius : (
wtf was that summation question on the multiple choice

I got 10 combinations too

Also it appears I got the wrong radius but the right area for Q4?!

possible the radius of C3 has nothing to do with the area.

I think the idea was that if x^2 + 1 is a factor then subbing in x^2=-1 should give you 0, which only works if n is even

There's probably something I didn't think about that makes that wrong though

I think all the powers where raised by even numbers within the brackets. Can't remember. But i screwed that one up by thinking x^2=1. So frustrating

I got 10 combinations but 107 and 117 for c? I couldn't explain why they were the values though.

Was that the bilateral functions one?

I got 10 combinations but didn't use any logic just that b had to be applied 3 times and a twice or something then I justsat for ages and worked out the combinations. got 107 for c I think

I actually let x = i for that one lmao

What did people put for the MCQ on integral of the two equations being larger etc.
Also what was choice a and b for the last one as I forgot but I put a
wtf did ppl get for the area mc question with a in it

I got 10 combinations too. Although i didnt have time to work out the number of possible c or past that.

2 even 3 odd

I don't remember which way around I put it but it was 2 for one and 3 for the other!

to be fair rounded to the closest 9 that would be 9

4root3 - 11pi/6 I think. Certainly 4root3 minus something pi.

MCQ integral the x^4 one was larger than x^2 for values of a<1.
