On Sunday I am starting a new lifestyle.

Good, healthy food :

Morning : 200g of salted peanuts. 1 pear. 1 carrot. 500ml of tap water. 1 cup of peppermint tea.

Lunch : 1 can of Sardines. 250g of white kidney beans. 1 apple. 1 Green Onion. 500ml of tap water. 1 cup of peppermint tea.

Dinner : 250g of Red Lentils. 1 Green Bell Pepper. 1 Orange. 500ml of tap water. 1 cup of peppermint tea.

Gym, 6 days a week.

Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday: Chest Press Machine - 4 x 15. Shoulder Raise Machine - 4 x 15. Biceps Curl Machine - 4 x15. Triceps Machine - 4 x 15.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday: Lat Pull Down Machine - 4 x 15. Leg press Machine - 4 x15. Abs Machine - 4 x 15. Dumbell Shrugs - 4 x 15.
Please tell us your fitness aim (be more specific than "losing weight"), as we have no idea whether this diet will work out for you in the long run

then work on character and confidence. healthy should onoy be for you. so you can laugh with the kids is motivation but end of day. its still all you.

furthermore. research goals. how to set them and such if you havent. open ended goals like that need step by step process so you can achieve success inatead of aiming in the dark

Replace peanuts with eggs.

No need to eat three pieces of fruit a day. Veg is more important.

Well if you can manage sardines then eggs...:redface:

Salted peanuts aren't the best option.

Getting enough protein is vital if you want your body to shed fat and build muscle.
Why do you keep changing accounts and posting the same? You are just spamming now. Just STOP IT.
