Declaring part time job on student finance while working as a student

Hey guys, I have recently applied for tuition job for 8 hrs every Saturday as I wanted to make enough money for moving out in my third year of university. They asked for my national insurance number and passport details during the process. When I am applying for student finance do I need to report this job? If so, could it affect the level of maintenance loan I am entitled to? Thanks :smile:

You don't need to report it, You only need to declare your parents income

Are you classed as an independent or dependent student? If the latter, then your student support is based on your parent(s)/guardian's income, not yours so fill your boots! No declaration required.
