need quick clarification with simultaneous equations

3x1 + 2x2 + x3 = 1
x2 − x3 = 2
2x3 = 4
Here m = n = 3
So im just confused what the m=n=3 means. i can solve the equations just confused about what the m=n=3 means

You'd need to give us some context, but at a best guess it's the number of equations and the number of variables you have.

So number of equations = number of variables = 3.

Oh yeah that would make sense, there was no context on the powerpoint so was just confused at what those were, thx for clarifying it for me.
