Paying £600/night for a house to have party in - london/kent

Hi,
I need of a house in London or Kent, that I can throw 21st birthday party in early 2017. I am willing to pay £600 for one night in your house with 40 odd guests. It won't be a massive rave just few drinks and games so nothing in house would be broken, will take good care. Needs to be able to sleep at least 20 guests. I can negotiate a different price depending on house - please get in touch asap!

Haha Forty guests and nothing will get broken. Those are the two most notorious lies after I promise I'll pull out.

My place is too small.. and honestly it won't get out of control because it won't be that kind of party.
If you know anyone who can offer anything please contact?

I now almost have a full line in my party bingo game.

Unmarked so far are:

It will only be close friends

One of them is a policeman/teacher/barrister/priest.

Lots of them don't drink.

I've held them before with no problems.

We all have to get up early in the morning.
