A* in Edexcel A-Level Chemistry New Spec

Hello,

If anyone else did the AS in the summer and knows their raw mark, do you know how this would translate UMS wise? I got 127/160 and I know it was 106 for an A, would this have been plus 90 UMS if they used it? Is it worth being predicted an A Star?

Your raw mark is pretty strong, people get predicted an A* for a lot less.

Well 94 was a B I think, and 106 an A. So that's a difference of 12 marks. So I think above 118 would be seen as an A*. Also how'd you revise chemistry?
How did you do the practical 6 marker on the first paper? We had never done anything like it so it shocked me. Any tips will be appreciated.
