1.) resolution is the ability to distinguish/ differentiate between two separate points or the level/ degree of detail that can be seen

2.) The resolution of an image is limited by the wavelength of radiation used. The wavelength of light is much larger than the wavelength of electrons, so the resolution of the light microscope is a lot lower.

3.) As before the difference in wavelength results in the electron microscope being able to distinguish between two separate points at a smaller distance than the light microscope.
Could you say objects instead of points?
Do you need to know about diffraction of light limiting resolution?
