Using A-level Revison Books for GCSE?

Hello,I'm currently in Y11...
I Have already started GCSE revision...

I am going to purchase a bulk of CGP and other Revision Guides...

I was wondering if buying the More detailed AS/A2 Variants will help me more than the GCSE ones even though i'm only at GCSE's?

Thanks

Maths,English and Triple Sciences...
Depends on the subject.
For things like sciences, you may end up missing the point on questions as exam mark schemes look for specific words or phrases (that you may miss out as revising A-level assumes you know this already).
For Maths, there's little difference between the GCSE content same content in the A-level book (so it is justifiable).

Outside of that, sure go for it!

Maths and sciences at A-level have a different specification, it won't help you with your GCSEs.
This is pointless and won't help you - stick to GCSE ones!

Doubt it'll help.

While some topics in C1, and S1, do overlap pretty heavily with GCSE (Maths) [specifically A/A*/7/8/9 topics], and in some cases the additional topics may help you to understand GCSE topics better, much of the content beyond that, is far beyond what you need to know. Unless you're planning on self-teaching, buying a textbook would be unnecessary.
