Girl said I have a thick neck?

I was walking earlier and I got chatting to another girl who was also walking and she said I have a very thick neck. I am not sure what that means beyond the obvious. Is it a good or bad thing? LMAO. :biggrin:

I just replied saying, yeah I do weights sometimes, that is why. Then we went onto something else.

In Ireland, when we say someone has a thick neck, it means that they're bold or cheeky. e.g

"He asked me if he could have another 50 euro"
"Oh he has a very thick neck, hasn't he?"

Not sure if it's possible that she could have meant in that way. I'm not saying you're cheeky, I'm just wondering if that's perhaps how it was meant!
