Just got one there, does it mean you get an offer soon or it isn't related ?
Don't think it's related unless you are an international applicant because St Andrews said that they'll try and get back to all international applicants who apply by the 1st of November in the end of next week

No they said they'll try and get back to all candidates by the end of next week. My friend who is applying with US qualifications hasn't received an offer from St Andrews yet so I wouldn't be worried
