So on Monday I got offered a conditional place for AAB to study French and Spanish Language but today York emailed me saying they would change it to unconditional if I accept it as my firm choice!!

Got A* French GCSE but I messed up my AS exam and only got a C, but I'm retaking it and I'm on course to get an A.
Didn't do a history AS level because it's one of the new ones, but I'm predicted a B/A.
On course to get an A in RE as well, although I messed my AS as well and only got a C oops, so I'm retaking that.

Has anyone had an unconditional offer that doesn't have to be your firm choice? (York or other uni) I've had an unconditional from York but I haven't decided if I want to firm it; if not it's AAB!
