How many student accounts are you opening?

Just wondering how many accounts people plan to open... and at what banks? And, you guys also going for credit cards? If you are, at what banks?

For the most part you can't and shouldn't open more than one without breaking a banks t&cs,also applying for more than one credit card especially when you ve no credit history yet won't end well.

You should look around at the deals on offer and decide the best one. You can really only have one student account, but you CAN have a normal current account at another bank as well. Best not to get into credit though, just use credit cards for small purchases and pay off your bill ASAP too build a strong credit rating which will be really useful later down the line.

Opening, or trying to open a load of accounts and credit cards is a very bad idea, One student account is all that is usually allowed, because your SFE funding usually has be mandated directly into it.
