Sovereignty of parliament essay.

I'm so lost for my first C&A law essay..

"[T]he sovereignty of Parliament provides a remarkably flexible and efficient
instrument for achieving constitutional reform."

-- Anthony Bradley, 'The Sovereignty of Parliament Form or Substance?', in Jowell
and Oliver (eds), The Changing Constitution (OUP, 2011 ) 7th ed., at p 48

Explain and critically consider this statement.

Could anyone give me some sources to look at & how I should start the essay?

Thank you!!!!!

Read the chapter of the book where the statement is referenced. You could do worse than to look in Loveland: Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, and Human Rights. Not very well laid out but principles are explained well.

Reading anything written by Lord Dicey is good, too. He was big into Sovereignty of Parliament.
