this. one of the comments states that the accuser was given anonymity whilst the accused' name is plastered all over the press and that's totally true - it's going to ruin his career.

The burden of proof lies with the person making the accusation. You can't prove a negative
Innocent until proven guilty, they shouldn't be allowed to publish his name as it is only an accusation but yet she gets away with it and is anonymous.

If you say he is innocent the burden of proof is on you to prove that the accuser is lying.

If I murdered all of your family but nobody could prove i done it does that mean I am innocent in reality? Away and don't talk ****.
