I'm 17 and I haven't had my first kiss yet, or had a boyfriend:/ I haven't even had the silly little year 8 relationships that 'dont count' or had a kiss in spin the bottle etc ... I literally have never been kissed :frown:

one problem is that I'm so worried about not knowing what to do that at a party as soon as I think a guy might be interested in me I try and avoid him because I don't want to make a fool of myself kissing him not knowing what to do:/.

I didn't have my first kiss until I was almost 19. Some people are much later than that.
Also, it's not rocket science. When it happens, trust me, you'll know what to do.

Your first kiss is going to be awkward, but if it's with the right kind of kisser you'll learn very quickly. That's what happened to me - I was grabbed by a girl on a night out and apparently (I was quite drunk) responded very well. All I remember really is thinking 'oh what's happening - I'm being kissed - WTF do I do - better open my mouth' ...

The only really embarrassing thing here is that I was twenty-two :lol:

What's to worry about. I am 22 nearly 23 never been kissed. Happens when it happens, can't force these things.

I advise you to just wait. There are plenty of nice guys out there. Don't give up. You've got your whole life in front of you. Keep your head up. Try your best. You can do it :smile:

I wouldn't worry about it too much, just take your own time at your own pace. If you don't know what to do, the best thing to do is listen to your gut. I didn't bother getting kissed or having relationships until later on.

You mentioning the party bit reminded me of a game that I played around someone's house that involved jenga bricks with things written on them. I pulled one out saying I had to kiss someone that I didn't know or haven't met. There wasn't anyone there that I wanted to kiss so I just sipped my drink and the game carried on. If there's anyone who is interested in you but you're not interested in them, just politely say 'no thank you' and they'll get the message.
