Draw the line y=3 then see where the parabola and the line intersect. You only need the x-coordinates of the intersections.

Also your y-coordinate for x=-1 is incorrect.

Draw the horizontal line y = 3 and read the points of intersection.

It may help to go back over the theory again and try and understand what it means geometrically when you solve an equation.
