Im lost

Hi everyone, :smile:

I have been feeling really depressed for a while now and its making me not enjoy all the things i used to love doing like going out, exercising and socialising with my friends when i was at uni. I have recently just had to leave uni because it was getting me down so much and the course wasn't right for me. I miss my friends from uni and am feeling quite lonely at home as I dont know anyone because I've been away for quite a while. I'm looking for a job now but was just wondering if anyone had advice on how to stop feeling like this as its annoying me and making me upset. I would love to meet new people but i dont know, now I'm back at home and not doing anything.

Just talk to someone this will help you to think about your feelings and get them out of your system and help you to relax. Also if you feel lonely getting a job will really help you to make friends also joining a gym or an activity that you enjoy will help you make some friends if you need anymore advice just let me know.
