Applying to Uni Late

Does applying late make me look bad to Universities? I'm applying to some high-end Unis like Imperial College and wondering if lateness of application is a factor to being accepted. I know lots of people are already getting offers.

I'm doing Physics, if that matters.

You'll get equal consideration if you apply before Jan. 15th so no. You might hear back later though.
