student finance help?

I am trying to submit my student finance application however they are expecting me to list down which university i am planning on going to before submitting my application. I have not got any offers yet. I have checked with other websites however they just say that i can list down any uni and apply but i don't know if applying for student finance is the same as submitting in my application. I don't know whether i can still change my uni choice after submitting in my application...?

really? I must be really confused, i am in yr 13 trying to apply for sept 2017 and i thought i was doing the 2016/2017 year. When do they open? i had the impression that they've been open since the beginning of yr.13 and my deadline was May

You are the 2017/2018 year:smile: it opens in February/march :smile:
