It was jneill I think who confirmed that Cambridge does not keep track of how many times you've applied before. So they don't know if you're applying again and let alone if you missed your STEP offer. The only way would be if you tell them yourself in your PS or SAQ which would be stupid because only a fraction of reapplicants would have an absurdly high offer while others wouldn't.
Well hold on. They have records of who has done STEP* and you should declare STEP on UCAS anyway.
*Cambridge runs the STEP examinations...
An S or S,S offer is definitely possible for a reapplicant with 1,1 or worse achieved.

Cambridge runs CIE as well but they ask for the results. I think Cambridge isn't allowed to pull out your info from the databases of their subsidiaries (probably because of some sort of data protection idk). I'm not saying hide your step result on ucas, so don't go that way, I'm just saying Cambridge probably doesn't stalk your grades as many people might think
