I can only guide you for Restless Earth and Population Change.

For The Restless Earth, I'd advise you to go over the Eyjafjallajokul volcanoas as a case study.

For Population Change, go over China's one child policy and an Ageing Population and how Agricultural Change affects Population's economy.
