Looking For An Paid Work Experience/Summer Internship In Finance/Investment Banking

Sooo I am looking for some work experience or a summer internship in an Investment Bank or something to do with finance. I would like it to be paid so I could use that money to finally start a proper trading account or actually put that money into some savings to help contribute towards university. (Depends on pay).
But of course the need to find work experience in Investment Banking/Finance is more than the need to get paid - so I am still open to find summer internship/work experience where it is unpaid.
Currently I have applied to the Aspiring Professionals from JP Morgan.
I was also looking to a summer internship in Bank Of England that was paid, till they scrapped the program before applications link before applications opened.
So can you awesome people refer me some links to some banking internships that I can apply to? Been looking around and here are some further details to me to filter some out:
Male (scrap Morgan Stanley)
Would like to do at LEAST 1-2 weeks (so no insight days)
Predicted 3A's
Year 12
Preferably in the summer
Preferably paid.
In London/South East England
Apparently there was also a placement from Credit Suisse, but can't seem to find one in London? If anyone has the link it'd be much appreciated!

Mate, you have got ahead of yourself here. There is no paid internship placement for Year 12. You will even struggle to find decent non-paid experience, because at this age you are of no use to anyone.
Your best bet would be to get an understanding of the industry, find what role you ultimately want to go for later on and most important of all, get into a TARGET university (work hard for those A Levels).
Since you are keen, your best bet would be to attend insight days, apply for the limited work experience available (such as HSBC Retail & Wealth Management). If you are an ethnic minority, register with SEO and The Brokerage Citylink, these two have interesting opportunities that come up from time to time.
Since you mentioned trading; see if your school participates in the IFS student investor challenge. If not, you can open a personal account; if you lack funds, there are several demo platforms online where you can simply gain exposure.
At this age, you are limited by opportunities, but keep an open eye, as many of these opportunities go unnoticed. Most important of all, smash those A Levels.
Given the high degree of competition in these sectors, you will need to make an informed decision as to whether firstly the job is right for you and secondly the route needed to get there. Gaining a first hand insight into these professions via insight schemes/work experience/interns during your A levels may also help you when applying to university courses or further jobs down the line.

Thank you for your comprehensive reply, sorry for such a late reply from myself, but it was because I have been going through all the banks searching for some work experience.
All of the banks have programmes for university students, not for first year 6th formers - is there any program for a 6th former or do I really have to wait until I am at university? After all, when it comes to the stage of finding work experience in an investment bank, if I could find some work experience now, it will help stand out when the places are competitive.
I am eligible for SEO London, but not he brokerage link, how does the former work? I have signed up, but still have to submit an application it seems before they start emailing me about work experience placements.
Please advise on what to do!

Because I have already been bitten twice from bad trading, I need to learn how to trade and the books aren't cutting it - I'd rather work and learn firsthand, hands on instead of getting bitten a third time.
Unless you can recommend me a trading course, that has worked for you or someone you know that I could go on?
