I have tried getting a job. 100+ applications = 1 Group Interview for me....

I tried so hard in that group interview. First to answer questions. First to talk about myself. Showed leadership on the task. Still rejected!

With a country like this i'm joining the communist movement as I just want work not dole!

The fact that you only have BTEC is a testimony to your lack of concentration in school and blasé attitude to life, don't expect to doss around for your educational years and then get a good job at the end of it, you can join the line of sheeple queing at the job centre. Start to take responsibility for your actions and stop blaming the system, that's literally tantamount to the idiots that blame immigration.

If you want to work so badly; look into volunteering as well as the JSA; try get an apprenticeship or a slightly lower job than what you've been applying for. TAKE THE INITIATIVE.

The irony of this all is that of course; your blasé lazy attitude is perpetuated by the socialist welfare state which makes you think: "Oh it's ok if I don't get a job, I've still got my benefits." Then you want more communism, newsflash mate, the workers would still be skilled in a communist state, you'd get a **** tier job that probably pays less than your dole money at the moment, and EVERYONE would be worse off.

Socialists are an incredibly slippery, deceitful bunch: they claim to represent the workers while perpetuating their poverty using social engineering to make your chances of getting wealthy lower. They don't want to make everyone equal; they want all power and influence hoarded amongst themselves while everyone else gets knocked to the lowest common denominator.

I'm sure the reason you didn't get the job is the economic system and not your unsuitability for that specific position......

and your point is?

most retail positions need you to have experience, I don't know about cleaning jobs. But whatever the case please don't blame the entire economic system, and don't wish for things that you don't even know how they work.

I'm on BTEC. So what? I attend 100% of my classes. I do homework. I work as hard as I can....

But you don't get experience without a job. Though I did run the college stall for the last 3 months. I have loads of volunteering on my CV btw...

That's what drove me crazy when I was looking for a job too. "How on earth do you expect me to have experience when I've just finished school?! Give me the bl**dy job and I'll get the experience".
But don't worry, do be patient, apply for EVERY SINGLE JOB you see, eventually someone will get you and everything will be easier from there onwards.

I don't need to write paragraphs. I can write what I do in a couple of sentences.....

All this stuff is not rocket science to understand....

I understand what you do, if you actually read my post, I explained why thats irrelevant and why communism is a flawed ideology.

Communism will work in the 21st century capitalism won't.

Robots are taking many jobs already! Unemployment will go sky high with capitalism....

Communism can keep robots away and offer pay to the people who want it.
