Very very grateful... I admit I picked an open application out of laziness as I'm not from the UK and didn't know much about overseas study to begin with, but from what I've read Hughes is an insular but close-knit college; perfect for my personality as I'm more introverted. I've also heard nothing but praise for its food and accommodation. The only thing anyone could ask more of was its distance from the center, but it's by no means the furthest, and in fact nearer to lectures than any of the schools I've ever attended from my home.
