IB to UCAS points

Many top law firms require students to have 340 UCAS points at A Level - how many points in the IB is this equivalent to? Considering a full score of 45/45, one would still not have 340 points - what vital point is it that I am missing here?

Yes, and even with a full score (45/45) it is not possible to achieve those points...
UCAS changed their Tariff system for this year's university intake. It used to be very possible for someone to get 340 UCAS points in the IB with 45/45 being 720. But this year it changed. My score used to give me that much but now I get under 200.
