Lower Tier Investment Banking

Is there many lower tier IB's that take on grads and run grad programmes, also what uni would you need to go to to get into the lower tier IB's?

a target university helps

oxbridge, lse, warwick, ucl, imperial. doesn't really matter what bank it is, they're all competitive.
