West Midlands (I'm from there).

The only other places I've been to are Yorkshire, London and Perthshire (Scotland), so my decision is kinda biased.
As much as I love London, I'm going with Cheshire.

It's where I grew up :tongue:
Yorkshire is perfect if you prefer countryside life.

Anything north of Solihull are dumpsters.

Personally best of the best would be the Cotswolds and West Oxfordshire area.
